HyprPilot
An MCP server that lets LLM agents drive a Linux desktop.
48 typed, JSON-Schema-described tools over the Hyprland Wayland compositor. JSON-RPC 2.0 over stdio written from scratch — no MCP SDK. Agents see the screen through Tesseract OCR and move the mouse via wlr-virtual-pointer.
- Safety rails: dry-run-by-default mutations, capability profiles that hide destructive tools, a persistent undo stack with diff-preview restore.
- 6-crate Tokio workspace · ~12.6k LOC · 202 unit & integration tests.
# profile: what the agent is even allowed to see
allow = ["read", "window", "workspace", "undo"]
deny_tools = ["focus_window"]
// mutating tools default to dry_run = true
→ tools/call { "dry_run": true, ... }
← "would …" // preview only, daemon untouched
$ hyprpilot undo # survives daemon restarts

brain
A 914-neuron spiking mini-brain that learns Pong from dopamine.
Cortex → basal ganglia → thalamus → motor cortex, in pure Rust with no external crates. Izhikevich cell classes, AMPA/NMDA/GABA synapses with axonal delays, STDP with dopamine-gated eligibility traces, opposite D1/D2 learning, homeostatic scaling.
- Now growing into a virtual human: glucose & insulin, heart, kidneys, immune fever, sleep, a pain reflex at ~100 ms, an amygdala that learns fear — each organ shipped with a pass/fail test against normal adult values.
- A newborn "mind" you raise by talking to it; it learns words and asks for what it needs.

Is the internet dead yet?
A multiplayer canvas where humans fight AI slop, pixel by pixel.
One Rust binary (axum + tokio), all state in memory, a binary WebSocket protocol. Gray static spreads on its own and ships a stronger "model" every 10 min. Share cards are re-rendered from the live board every 30 s; dead internets get a tombstone and a replay.

Harbour
A private, native AI meeting assistant for macOS.
A Swift/AppKit overlay on a Rust core bridged with UniFFI. Two-track audio (the meeting and your mic) transcribed on-device with speaker attribution, streaming answers and notes, conversation memory, five LLM providers behind a local-first privacy gate, and signed offline licenses with a lease server.

Namibot
A group-moderation bot an AI agent can run — without being turned against you.
Rust (teloxide + rmcp). Captcha, flood control, link filters, mod log — exposed as MCP tools over streamable HTTP. Raw Bot API access is fenced: methods that could hijack updates or promote an attacker are blocked, because a prompt-injected agent will try.

money-metters
A trading system whose first job is to prove itself wrong.
Real market data, backtests with honest fees and slippage, train/test sweeps that expose overfitting, then paper trading. Live trading stays locked until a strategy earns it. Result: 5.5 years of data showed 1h strategies lose to fees — so they don't ship.

Watchdogs for hostile OEMs
Keeping wireless ADB and Tailscale alive on phones that kill everything.
Two open-source Kotlin apps: an AccessibilityService + WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS watchdog for wireless ADB, and a foreground service that reconnects Tailscale on Realme/ColorOS, MIUI, Oppo and Vivo.
